Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. This is a nice, clean example of the very popular bilge keeled Pirate Express. She has the benefit of a recent survey, new engine, recent main sail, and good level of navigation equipment. Car ads often say "first to see will buy" I think that's an appropriate comment in this case.
