Broker's Comments

The Poole One Design sprang from the board of F.R.Parker "a first class and well respected naval architect", in the words of a respected local surveyor. Furthermore she was built to Lloyds A1 standard by a yard with a reputation for first class work using the best marine grade materials. Her recent survey found her to be well maintained by her present and previous owners, and to be "a very pretty sailing yacht constructed in first class materials and has been kept in good order". She is well equipped and her engine has been winterised.
Her owner is extremely keen to sell due to his relocation away from the area and offers on the asking price will be considered. NOTE: the berthing fee has just been paid up to January 2007 and her mooring could be made available in the asking price. With moorings now at a premium, this is a considerable bonus to the prospective purchaser.
He is also willing to consider a smaller vessel in part exchange (Corribee, trailer sailer or drascombe type preferred).
