Broker's Comments

24/07/06. Price reduced, owner is now very keen to sell and is open to offers. A Powells 40, with a residential mooring, with an 80' x 40' garden, with mains electricity and water, surely we jest. No it's true. This 40' Broads Cruiser is located on a secure island, surrounded by wildlife, just minutes away from Norwich City Centre. Unfortunately this seclusion comes with a small price. The only access to this craft and the moorings is via a short trip across the river in a small dinghy. A small price to pay for the location. The mooring fees are a very reasonable £21.00 per week + council tax, water and Electric. The garden could be taken back another 30-40' just by cutting the undergrowth back.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
