Broker's Comments

This is a luxurious cruiser with a factory fitted flybridge. Her fit out is quality providing an airy, spacious and luxurious interior. She has an ingenious helm seat in the deck saloon that folds away when not in use.

Her forward cabin has an infill to make a large double, the dinette converts to a double with privacy curtains and the deck saloon has two single berths.

She has been well cared for with regular engine servicing, has been wintered ashore for at least the last 8 years and all systems maintained or replaced as needed.

As the icing on the cake, her much sought after mooring on the Dart is available.

Please note that a new purpose made fresh water tank was fitted in July 2007 and a full service was carried out in May this year 08.
