To starboard, newly fitted galley with 2 hub cooker/grill/oven (never used) and new fridge (never used). Aft: saloon and helm position. All cushions (inside and outside) recently re-upholstered.

Broker's Comments

In the summer of 2010, we sold this Princess 37 to her current owner. At that time, she had a newly installed galley, all upholstery recently redone, new headlinings, etc. Her previous owner had spent a lot of money on this boat. The current owner did spend quite some money on her too: engines realigned, new exhausts, new shafts. However, his situation has changed in that he has moved to another continent, so she must be sold, for someone else to enjoy her. The owner has contracted maintenance to start the engine every 2 weeks and keep the boat in good condition. British flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

En el verano de 2010, vendimos esta Princess 37 a su propietario actual. En aquel momento, tenía la cocina recién instalada, toda la tapicería rehecha, techo nuevo, etc. El propietario anterior había gastado mucho dinero en este barco.
