Broker's Comments

This was the boat that launched Marine Projects of Plymouth, now famous for their Princess range of motor cruisers. About 200 Project 31's were built between 1966 and 1974 and they are still very popular today . This particular example is in very good condition, having been lovingly restored by its' current owner over a period of four years. The wheel house has been rebuilt and many extras such as a new cooker, fridge and new navigation equipment have been added. Other positive points to note are it engines and out drives, which were new in 1998 and completely overhauled in 2006.
