The Project 31 was constructed by Marine Projects, who later became the well known Princess Yachts.
This example, although requiring some TLC offers a lot of scope and benefits from some useful upgrades such as eberspacher heating, as well as a refit in 2005 which included a re-wire and engine overhaul.
It is presently ashore and the owners are currently in the process of cleaning and organising her for her new owners - take a look at the updated photos showing her clean bottom and polished topsides!
She is on the market at a great price and the owners are open are open to offers, so don’t hang around – get yourself a boat for the summer sun!

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
