Broker's Comments

Boatshed Dartmouth are pleased to present this Prout 34. I was welcomed onboard by the owner on a bright late summer day and immediately remembered why catamarans have such a loyal following. At just 34’ long you get so much space both above and below decks. The Prout Event 34 was available in two versions, the Open Plan or Family and this one benefits from the Open Plan layout. A huge, light saloon occupies the centre of the boat with a galley to starboard and large nav station on the port side. She can comfortably sleep 5, at a push 6 and if you use the main saloon berth as well, 7. This Prout 34 was Prout’s Boat Show model for 1991 and is only now on her third owner from new. She benefits from a holding tank so med cruising or stays are certainly possible and the sail drive has been serviced and overhauled by marine engineers (2012). If you are looking for a boat with lots of room with safe, comfortable sailing then look no further.
