This is a rare opportunity to own a large, live aboard boat on a lovely mooring ( Subject to agreement with marina management).

The marina is convenient to local shops, restaurants and a large park. It has an underground station within a short walk. As well as Watford Junction Mainline a little further (20 mins to Euston)
You can drive your cars right up to the boat.

The boat itself is spacious, well laid out, superbly fitted and maintained in top condition.

While making a great live-aboard, you can cast off at a moments notice and cruise through some of the nicest country side in Hertfordshire. Yet Central London is just a days cruising away as well as being an easy commute.
