Broker's Comments
This lovely gentleman's motor yacht was built to a high standard, rebuilt to an even higher standard and maintained since 1997 under the supervision of a naval architect. She oozes charm and the owner is leaving on board many unique items which add to her character, retaining only books and some pictures currently on board. Whilst some of her equipment is dated, many other items are newer and it all works! A September 2010 Survey Report is available which draws attention to any minor defects requiring future attention.
Her prime location berth is paid up till April 2011.
