This boat is a fantastic bargain, just reduced, the owner is very motivated to sell. If you are looking for a unique and individual houseboat, then this one should be given serious consideration. The hull and deck have been professionally restored to a very high standard. The interior does need some work and the varnish could do with a touch-up in places, but this is nothing that a person with reasonable DIY skills could not do. She has a good level of fixtures and fittings and the mooring comes with all facilities. With a little effort she will become a boat to cherish for many years to come.
