Broker's Comments

Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. Originally built in Rochester in the 40s, this traditional Gaff Cutter has been virtually re-built by her current owner, including new deck beams made of oak and larch, new sheathed ply deck. The mast and rigging will go up soon plus a final coat of paint (photos to follow), and she will be ready to sail. Inside the boat there is a remarkable amount of space - she is a unique boat with plenty of character.
