		<title>Rinker 232 Captiva Cuddy REF#47321</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 27 extra photos of this Rinker 232 Captiva Cuddy.

This has to be the best 10-year old Rinker on the market today. She is absolutely immaculate, and band-box clean. She is easy to manoeuvre, there is excellent performance from the powerful V8 petrol engine. There are infill cushions for the cockpit seating to provide a large sunbathing area. There has been only one owner, and all service/maintenance records and receipts have been kept from day one. She was fully serviced and anitfouled in April 2008.
Ready to go, she represents superb value, and is a perfect day boat for first timers and old hands alike.

		<title>Ketch Miss Silver Class REF#47316</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 51 extra photos of this Ketch Miss Silver Class.

Preliminary details awaiting confirmation by owner.

A good solid classic which was the last actual boat to be finished in Silvers of Rosneath. Silver’s have a solid pedigree and have been sought after as one of the loved models for years, this is a fine example that has had full refurbished, the bilge is bone dry and is in a truly reliable working order.

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room to have a comfortable stay aboard extended to as long as you like. The owner, a lover of boats, has had her professionally maintained and looked after her in the way she should be, this is all backed up with a wealth of documentation.

Preliminary details awaiting confirmation by owner.

Sigma 38 are a a well thought of cruiser racer which is in a high performance class, this one having 10 berths with room and comfort to cope with a full crew and a good compliment of equipment she is a competitive racing boat which regularly competes.

Her all round condition is good and with a highly experienced owner she has been well maintained and tuned to give her optimum performance.

I really fell for the large cockpit and overall space and comfort she offers whilst holding on to the exciting feel of a racer.

		<title>Jaguar 27 REF#47310</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 43 extra photos of this Jaguar 27.

The Jaguar 27 needs no introduction from us. For many years a mainstay of Mediterranean Charter Operators and as popular today as when she was designed. This example is very well equipped for coastal cruising and would make a good family yacht for a first time buyer. She benefits from a fin keel, which gives her stiffer and slightly faster performance than her bilge keeled stablemates and her owner has spent thousands on her over the last five years with all modern electronics, wiring, and a nice new shiny motor!

		<title>Beneteau 473 REF#47302</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 55 extra photos of this Beneteau 473.

This yacht did a Trans-Atlantic in 2002 and has since been cruised throughout the Caribbean by her next 2 owners, clocking up only 1140 engine hours. She is teeming with character - blue livery, teak decks and an off shore pedigree. Although sensibly equipped for offshore cruising, this sloop is also a competitive racer with a full set of Kevlar racing sails plus a yankee and a full spinnaker set. The yacht has never been chartered and the clean condition of the interior reflects her pampered life. The owner is hauling her for a full bottom paint, hull polish and sping clean to the superstructure which will compliment the new sets of sails, new bimini &amp; dodger, and the new davits and dinghy. The low listing price belittles the time, care and money invested in her.

		<title>Snapdragon 27 REF#47277</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 43 extra photos of this Snapdragon 27.

The Snapdragon 27 is a steady family cruiser. This particular example has a good recent survey and is in clean condition. Currently she is being used as a liveaboard and has been equipped accordingly. This boat gives you the opportunity of either living aboard, or with a little reorganising would make a good first cruiser.

		<title>Iroquois MkII Catamaran REF#47252</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 39 extra photos of this Iroquois MkII Catamaran.

I'm not a cruising cat sailor myself but I can certainly see the attraction!
Acres of space, accomodation for eight, the ability to run up a beach - it all looks like a great boat for a sailing family, fed up with the confines and restrictions of a slim hulled mono. Most people who've converted to multihulls would never go back to a monohull and I'm beginning to think I might have to try one!

		<title>Thompson T31 REF#47244</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 40 extra photos of this Thompson T31.

This is a genuine sailing yacht with a full wardrobe of racing sails. She is a true thoroughbred and would be ideal for a keen sailor with a competitive nature! Equally she is a very pretty boat with lovely lines and would be ideal for a relaxed day out on the water. Lying ashore at present for maintenance, she could easily be re-launched and ready for the current season. These boat details are subject to contract.

		<title>Dutch Barge-Houseboat REF#47233</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 39 extra photos of this Dutch Barge-Houseboat.

From first viewing this boat on her city centre mooring, I was struck by the quality of her conversion from Dutch Barge into a spacious live aboard houseboat. The gleaming surveyors report from 2005 contains no suggestions for work that needs doing. On deck the boat is obviously well maintained and lived upon, which is also reflected below decks.
