This boat has been viewed and photographed by Alan West of Boatshed Portsmouth. Suffering a little from the effects of avian bombardment (as do most boats on swinging moorings), this solidly built and roomy 27 footer would benefit from a scrub and a little cosmetic attention. The effort would reward the new owner with a simple and honest family cruiser with a reputation as a capable performer. Points worthy of particular note include renewed clothwork and upholstery, generous storage space and cavernous access to the engine and related service points. While all the essentials are present and correct, there is some scope for modernisation, though who would want to change those wonderful Lewmar sheet winches with their captive stainless steel handles?
