Broker's Comments

No question but she could use a wash and brush-up and perhaps a little updating, but she’s priced accordingly, and the important ingredients are here. There is over-night accommodation for four: two in the mid-ships cabin and another two in the saloon. There’s a tidy heads compartment to starboard and opposite is a neat galley. An Eberspacher cabin heater should keep the interior nice and snug. Topsides, there’s plenty of seating and a decent-sized cockpit providing those of a worm-drowning inclination with lots of room to cast their lines. In less clement weather the cockpit canopy looks to be in fine condition. Power comes from a single hefty Mercruiser driving through a stern-leg. The owner tells me that this is a factory re-conditioned engine installed (together with its Alpha 1 out-drive leg) in 2014. The DSC VHF radio and Garmin chart-plotter are similarly recent. With cheap(er) diesel largely a distant memory, petrol engines look more attractive, and this is a lot of versatile boat for the money.
