Broker's Comments

Register with Boatshed to see 43 extra photos of this Senior 26 Project.
This Senior 26 has been in the hands of the current owner for just under two years and has hardly been used.
She has had over the years some serious work done to her including fitted units to a running galley and some lovely upholstery. The cabin condition is not reflected by her condition on the outside which really lets this boat down.
The treadmaster is lifting and the paint is flaking but a few weekends cleaning would transform her cosmetically.
The cockpit also is tired but again a relatively small project.
There are two engines which were surveyed in 2008 and there are receipts reflecting works that have been carried out as recommended. They do start and tick over.
A good little project that you could move straight into and enjoy at the same time.
I have a copy of the survey so call me if you have any questions and she is well worth a look.
The vendor is keen to sell hence the very sensible price.
