Broker's Comments

Back on the market because the purchaser did not have sufficient funds. Bets to get in quick before she goes for good. Looking at this boat you might thnk you are dreaming, a 31ft boat that is ready to go at this price? She has a BSC valid until 2012, a river licence for 2009, two engines that start on the button and a very tidy interior. She is a lovely looking boat with great lines and the right amount of wood to give her a warm glow without too much annual varnishing. This is a great boat for someone new to boating with perhaps a small family. The cockpit is a good size, great for entertaining and could be used as an occasional extra berth. Early viewing is strongly recommended
