This is a rare opportunity to own a part of British Victorian Maritime Heritage. Totland Bay is a lovely unspoilt bay on the west side of the Isle of Wight close to the Needles, The Pier has panoramic sea views and beautfull sunsets.
The Pier is a Freehold property and is NOT a listed building. Council tax is zero.
Whilst the pier is in need of some maintenance the possibility exists to build the ultimate water front home (Subject to planning approval)
The pier would also make a good base for a 2012 sailing team!!
These pier details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
