Broker's Comments

This She 31b is about 15% more expensive than the others we have sold recently but about 200 % better. In fact she looks pretty much brand new after a 600+ hour refit inside and out. Theres a full survey from last year with no advisories.

Also loaded with plenty of expensive nav gear a large suit of sails, new floors, headlinings upholstery etc etc, the list goes on.

Even has the original sales brochure with a comprehensive list of paperwork with bills galore.

If you are in the market for a fast cruiser in excellent condition I can thoroughly recommend this boat.
