Broker's Comments

*** Priced To Sell ***

In 2013 this popular cruiser/racer had a brand new new rig (including mast & boom), new sails, new standing & running rigging, new canvas - all of which have only been used for one partial season. She also has a recent engine, replaced in 2007 and a full rack of modern Raymarine ST60 instrumentation.

Unfortunately there are structural issues with her floor and keel, therefore she is priced to-sell unconditionally 'as-is' with all issues disclosed. The issues are documented and can be repaired so she could be an ideal project for anyone capable of taking-on such work, resulting in a bargain of a final package.
