Broker's Comments

The 890 is the big Snappie, bearing all the family values of the marque: strong build quality; kindly sea-keeping; spacious accommodation. Maybe not the fastest, owners value them for safe, solid passage making at sea, and crew-friendliness in port. This one appears to have been looked after carefully. She has been re-engined at some stage with a 22HP Mitsubishi fresh-water cooled diesel engine, which, when I was aboard, started readily from cold and ran smoothly. Sails are in good order and the large quantity of woodwork below positively gleams. 890s don't come along very often, and are popular when they do. If it's your fancy, please give me a call to learn more or arrange a viewing.
