Broker's Comments

I am always struck by how much room, both on deck and down below there is on these swing keel Southerlys.

Able to creek crawl with her shallow draft as well as taking the ground she gives access to explore places other yachts cannot reach.

Still in commission and constantly maintained however her present owner is now looking to downsize a little so this comfortable and competent cruiser is seriously offered for sale.

Viewing is by appointment and the vessel is located on the Devon coast.
