The Southerly 115 occupies a niche position in the yacht market. No other builder offers the same versatility and build quality of the Northshore Southerly range. The 115 is a superb yacht with a spacious and very sociable interior layout making her ideal for two couples, a family, or a bunch of friends for extended cruising in a good degree of all weather comfort - all things being relative!
She is in excellent order mechanically with a lot of money having been spent in recent years to keep her that way. The new upholstery and outside canvas really sets her off too. There is little or nothing to do to this one before going sailing, just untie her. These boat details are subject to contract.
