the build quality shines through everywhere on this well maintained Southerly.
She is very spacious and comfortable with a really thoughtful interior. The deck saloon is light and airy. She has some of the qualities of a motor sailor but adds in great sailing performance. The lift keel housing is in no way intrusive. The shallow draft allows exploration and anchoring in remote locations inaccessible to conventional yachts. These yachts are difficult to find on the used market, so, an early viewing is recommended.
With many new additions at no expense spared, she has to be one of the best mk1 southerly 115's available today.
