Broker's Comments

Before Arthur Robb gained fame as a designer for Cheoy Lee, he designed this beautiful old lady. She was professionally built at the Stebbing yard, and has been lovingly cared for since then. Of course, the design is a little bit dated, but nevertheless, she makes for a good sturdy sail boat. In 2005, she has been painted inside and out. In March 2006, she has had her hull repainted above and below the waterline. Her current owners have installed new fridges, new heads and replaced all the seacocks. This boat makes for a nice appartment on the water, with the possibility to take over the mooring.
