Steel construction with Long keel underwater profile, paint finish
Professionally built in Fishgaurd UK.
The Hull is coated with epoxy pitch on the inside and a high build industrial marine epoxy finish on the exterior. The was no wastage on the steel plating when surveyed in 2004 and no evidence of any since. The boat comes out of the water each year for maintenance and inspection.
Below the waterline boat is constructed with long wide keel box giving just a 5ft draft. See Photo of underwater profile.
