The owner informed me that a surveyor contact looked over his vessel and came up with readings of 6.8mm and above.
The vessel looks as if it has been well maintained overall. The next on the to do list for the owner is to paint the lower deck again when the weather improves.

Fabulous accommodation, great headroom overall and you could easily get additional berths if you have a larger family. The accommodation is bright and airey and I was impressed with the high quality conversion. This tug has a great feel to her with lots of interesting features and shapes to stimulate the senses. In the main cabin the owners have created a wonderful living space which has various zones in it.

What an absolutely fantastic converted tug. This houseboat has had a top quality fit out. She will appeal to artistic types of people yet tick all the boxes of the more conventional person. If you have a large family then you would easily be able to create more berths without having to get the stud partitioning out! She was very warm and appears to be well insulated and benefits from red diesel central heating. She has radiators throughout and the boiler was intstalled 2002.
The current owners pay £370/month for the mooring.
If you are committed to living on the water and want a lovely vessel with ample deck area for parties and a spot of sunbathing then you have to come and see this houseboat.
Please note if you require finance then please investigate this before you start visiting houseboats to avoid disappointment for yourselves and the sellers.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
