This very tidy Swanson 36 sailed here from Australia and underwent an extensive refit in 2007/8, including new sails, engine and an epoxy bottom job, she is due for a haul and antifoul but other than that appears to be in very good condition.
No slouch, she won her class in the 2008 Phuket race week and a previous owner says " Excellent small cruiser able to go anywhere in safety, very sweet yacht to sail and a good performer, easy to sail single or short handed"
We have a copy of the most recent survey report available for inspection by serious buyers.
