Broker's Comments

A well respected and classic long keel cruising yacht from the Holman & Pye design studio. This particular vessel has been much loved and sailed for many years by the current owner to places such as the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and along the South Coast. She appears to be in generally good condition and had a good survey carried out for the owner last year. A deepwater all-tide mooring on the River Exe in Devon is also available if required.
