Despite the need for some powerful scrubbing of woodwork and general cleaning, this boat is ready to sail immediately as the majority of the big ticket items have been attended to. She would benefit from a new and enthusiastic owner to take over. Ultimately the next owner will benefit from recent past expenditure.
Owners comments as follows:
"She sails well, is very well balanced on the helm. She loves a force 4-6. She turns on a 'sixpence' when motoring, easy to manoeuvre in a 'tight' marina. Can be sailed single-handed as first owner set her up for that.
2005 New sprayhood.

2005 Mainsail modified to fit.
2005 New boom and mast.
2006 Engine re-build."
