Broker's Comments

Catalina's are built in the USA to a high standard with durable materials, and just to show it see the pic showing a section of the deck depth – impressive.

I was absolutely amazed when I stepped onboard with the space available in the saloon, cabins, heads and especially the double aft cabin which is more like a triple !

With a well-designed layout, she is a family oriented boat perfect for a live aboard. Sporting a shallow wing keel that doesn’t compromise on performance.

Also worth noting is the quality and TLC the teak has received over her years – beautiful.

The boat has been ashore for approximately 2 years.
Sails probably need a valet but were lightly used, standing rigging is believed to be 6yrs old but we do not have a receipt for this. Run rigging would definitely need replacing and she will need a clean.
