Broker's Comments

A true Classic small yacht with a fully justified reputation for seaworthiness. designed by Jeremy Rogers along the lines of the Folkboat but with improved accommodation. These boats have sucessfully completed circumnavigations and have also won major races.
This particular example has been updated by the current owner and is in a well maintained sailing condition. the owner had intended to improve the interior this year and is only selling due to an unexpected move abroad.
In the last year the boat has been totally stripped below the waterline and Coppercoated. this was completed professionally with the hull being checked all over before the coating was applied. The engine was serviced in late 2016 before being laid up for the winter. Navigation and safety equipment has been upgraded recently.
As can be seen in the photographs this boat is in good exterior condition and the interior could be brought up to a similar standard with a little TLC.
