Broker's Comments

This stunning Swedish built yacht (one of my personal all time favourites) has only had two owners since new. Under the first owner she spent her time on the freshwater inland lakes IJsselmeer and Markermeer in Northern Holland/Netherlands.

The second owner, a professional engineer who bought her in late 2001, then sailed her down to the South West of England & carried out an upgrade on this already highly spec'd vessel. He has then ensured she's been lifted out every winter for comprehensive maintenance and improvements.

The 352 (Scandinavia) comes fitted with extras that include amongst other things: a tall rig, secondary fuel tank, a fridge, cabin heating, pressurised hot and cold water, a third battery, a windex and a 39 m2 Genoa & 18.7 m2 Storm Jib. In 2000 she was fitted with a new mast to include in mast reefing.

Under new ownership her upgrade included a stern gantry for the wind generator & radar, a Raymarine chart & radar plotter, a Rutland 913 wind generator, a new cooker, a new cockpit cover and a new Genoa.

In true Hallberg Rassey fashion, there has been no expense spared on the design and build quality of this blue water yacht. She has been maintained and upgraded to a very high standard by her current owner, who sails her regularly during the season.

Hard to find fault, hard not to like, a great yacht to own.
