Broker's Comments

This Hunter 232 has been owed by the current owner for just over 2 years.

The Owner has recently purchased a brand new Mariner 5 HP outboard, which has never been used. The Outboard sits in a well within the cockpit locker and has a remote fuel tank.

A new Hyde main sail has also been recently purchased and all other sails have been recently fresh laundered and appear in good condition along with the nearly new Sprayhood cover.

The standard rigging and most of the running rigging was replaced in 2012 and again appears to be in good overall condition.

All the control lines feed back to the cockpit for easy handling and single handed sailing and the boat has a self tacking head sail.

Although not on the boat when I carried out my photography, the boat has cockpit cushions, fender and mooring lines.

For a boat of this size there is good space / height in the cabin and a surprisingly large galley and heads.

The boat has was also recently antifouled.
