Broker's Comments

WOW, this is a lot of boat for the money! Current owner has done lots of upgrades, and spent a lot to get her this far. The vessel is about 85% retrofitted a needs a new owner to complete. She is very pretty under way with low freeboard and deep fin keel, and will be very efficient to weather. She has a classic and traditional line with graceful overhangs and a classic look that is disappearing in today's modern vessels. She will turn heads in any port. If you are seeking a vessel of this size and are willing to complete some projects while sailing, this is great opportunity. And if you are not familliar with Ted Irwin, he was a avid racer who worked with Charlie Morgan before he founded Irwin Yachts. You wont be the last one to the anchorage on this vessel.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow Huge price reduction under 30k for a 38 footer owner wants her sold now
