Broker's Comments

No need to say much about LM, or an LM 27 in particular – you just have to look around you to see how popular they are. This one is in great nick – very much up together. She has been to France and the Channel Islands, and has holidayed in and around the Solent area with the same owner for the last 18 years, so her cross channel credentials are well proven. She has all the comforts that you will need. Absolutely ideal for a cruising couple who have a bit of time to spread their wings, this LM 27 is as near to the best of both worlds that you’ll ever get. The long keel means that she actually sails pretty well, but the seaworthy design and snug wheel house mean that when you get caught out or you find wind over tide, you fire up the donkey, shut the doors and keep going!
