Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this superb 40ft narrowboat for sale with residential mooring.

Completely refitted to a high spec in 2013, this boat would be ideal for someone looking to move onto a boat for the first time and with its Limehouse mooring, it's ideally situated near to central London or Canary Wharf.

The boat has a single cabin, open plan kitchen and living area and excellent bathroom far above what you normally see on narrowboats of this size.

Limehouse Marina is a lively boating community situated at the end of the Grand Union canal and residential moorings are always highly sought after here. A 5% transfer fee is payable to the marina for the mooring and current annual fees are roughly £7,200. These fees include access to the shower facilities and laundry as well as marina security.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
