Broker's Comments

The Nonsuch 30 is a unique, modified, cruising catboat. The fin keel and partially balanced spade rudder largely eliminate the weather helm common to most catboats. The most prominent feature of the Nonsuch 30 is its tall, tapered, unstayed mast with wishbone boom. There is no mast in the interior and with its nearly 12' beam, the volume of the interior is impressive. The Ultra is the "optional" layout which provides a double berth forward and opposing settees with dinette in the aft.
With just one sail, one halyard, one sheet, and the series of winches the Nonsuch 30 is the ultimate in uncomplicated sailing. It is easily handled single-handledly!
Another advantage to this boat is the transferable moorage which has cable TV hook-up, free WiFi, dock box, dockside pump out, and gated parking. A great live-a-board slip!

This Nonsuch Ultra 30 is hull #509 of 524 built.
