Broker's Comments

Not your average steel home build this one.
Commissioned in 1999 after being meticulously completed by her current owners.
Owned by the same people for the past 20 years.
There are numerous clues to the intended purpose of this Robert Tucker designed cruising yacht but sadly due to circumstance she has only ever been sailed on the South Coast of England.
She has had her fair share of money spent on her to get her to where she is now.
As is often the case the sum of the parts is greater than the whole.

Set up for long distance short handed or single handed sailing, this vessel has most of the assistance's you might require such as a Stack Pack system, wind-vane self steering gear, control lines led aft to the self-tailing winches back in the cockpit.
