Broker's Comments

This Seal 28 is a Fin Keel version the current owner purchased it new in 1981 and it was fitted out gradually over the next 15 plus years much of the work was completed professionally and you can see that in the standard of fit out. The boat first went into commission in 1997. The owner is now reluctantly retiring form sailing and is keen to sell.
The Seal 28 is a centre cockpit yacht with companionways to both the main forward cabin and the aft cabin from the cockpit. This one has a cockpit enclosure to link the two cabins.
