Hi Saunders, I've juts heard back from the owner. He owns the lease on the current berth, and has made a fantastic offer. He's willing to rent the berth out for a year at EUR 1000. This is under 10% of the going rate, so effectively takes another 10k from the asking price, if you want to keep the boat here. Please give me a shout rorygillard@boatshedpalma.com for more info...
