Broker's Comments
I have seen lots of steel 'project' built boats in my time, but never have I seen one that is quite as well finished as this. She is a little gem. The attention to detail is exceptional, and one can only guess at the amount of hours that must have been spent to achieve this finish and presentation. The hull was professionally built, epoxied and insulated, which is always a very good start on a steel boat. The Spray range of yachts rightly deserved their reputation as very capable, sea kindly and sea worthy boats. The couple who commissioned and built her had plans to transit the French canals to the Med, hence many features were designed in for this very purpose but plans change and she is now reluctantly for sale. She has cost many more thousands than her asking price and is to all intents a brand new yacht. If I wanted to go coastal and blue water cruising at this size and budget, I can't think of another boat I would rather be in!
