Broker's Comments

This outstanding small cruiser is now offered at a reduced price. Tollycraft boats have an excellent reputation for being well constructed. This boat is very clean and appears to have been well-maintained. The owner has kept all maintenance and repair records and are available for review. In addition, the current owner has provided many upgrades and was in the process of finishing these modifications when they decided to sell the boat. The flooring is cork (except for a small area) as shown by the photos. This is a great family boat and will provide years of service to the discriminating buyer. The design of this boat makes the most of its size with near full width interior and excellent windows which surround the salon.
