Broker's Comments

This Warrior 40 has had just two owners from new it is in outstanding condition and has only been lightly used. The fit out must be one of the best if not the best fit out you will see – this yacht has to be viewed to be appreciated.
In addition although it has been kept in commission and been very well looked after it has only been sailed locally on the East Coast of the UK; the engine has completed just 180 hours running time.
Well equipped with a very good level of instrumentation, cabin heating and air conditioning. Recent updates to the electronics include two colour Chart Plotters & Radar.
This yacht is a capable Blue Water Cruiser sturdy and seaworthy, with great accommodation to live aboard. The forward cabin has plenty of space the berth is about 7ft in length and the en-suite heads has a hand basin and shower with pump out.
If you are in the market for a serious cruiser this one should be viewed.
