Broker's Comments

There are several small cruising boats that have gained reputations as safe and capable offshore designs. Among these "pocket voyagers" the Vancouver 27 stands out as a small boat with truly big boat capabilities.

She won't win any races however she'll get you there in safety and comfort and for a cruising couple has more than enough storage and living space for extended passage making.

This particular example has covered a fair distance with her owner mainly singlehanding and living aboard and is well set up to continue to do so. Re-engined in 2003 and annually serviced since she appears to be mechanically very tidy. The sails have been replaced from original and the spinnaker is unused.
