Broker's Comments

Always a popular little bilge keel yacht, the Vivacity 24 is easy to sail, has a good sized cockpit and feels safe. She has more space below than one would expect, with berths for five, a good galley and heads and plenty of storage both in the cockpit lockers and in the cabin. This one comes with good sails, and has been looked after by the current owner. She is ready to go for the current season and has been antifouled recently. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
