Broker's Comments

A nice example of the ever popular Vivacity 24 that offers comprehensive accommodation, 5 berths and a safe construction.
Bilge keeler giving you flexibilty to take her anywhere and combined with a full galley, heads and two cabins you could easily spend a summer touring where some bigger yachts would fear to go.
She has been in the same family since her launch prior to the introduction of VAT back in the early 1970's she has records of all works carried out including the original order document.
Lying ashore on the South Coast she can be easily viewed and the mast /rigging is also stepped and stored in the clubs barn.
Well worth a trip down to view as she priced sensibly for a quick sale. The current owner has purchased a larger yacht and is keen for her to go to a good home.
