The hull has Barium filled foam composite laminate in the engine room bulkheads and overhead for sound insulation. The electrolytic bonding system includes zincs and shaft brushes.

Broker's Comments

There are very few pre-owned vessels on the market that can honestly claim "like new condition". This is one of them. For the past five years it has been stored inside a completely enclosed boat house. The radar arch was customized to drop down to clear the door and the bow pulpit / anchor pulpit was hinged to reduce LOA to fit within the boat house. The radar arch has electric winches to raise and lower .

All deck surfaces are clean and the interior is remarkably beautiful and shows very little wear.

You must see this vessel to believe its wonderful condition. However - you will need to take your shoes off!

The Everett, Washington boat house is available for sale.
