Broker's Comments

Here is an opportunity to own a sought after Westerly bilge keeler at well below average money, in what we believe to be above average structural condition, following a recent price drop. She has been laid up ashore for the last four years as the owner has retired inland, having treated her to a 'new bottom', a respray, new rigging and a nice shiny factory reconditioned motor. With very little left to spend on her (perhaps a new main and genny) you could be heading for blue water, through the French canals, or living afloat and cruising European waters at a budget price!
