Broker's Comments

When Westerly Yachts commissioned Laurent Giles to design them a bilge keel 26 foot sailing boat it was the equivalent of Paul McCartney meeting John Lennon and forming a band.
The Centaur hit the nail right on the head. She is a robust, well built sea boat. With her bilge keels she can dry out on sandy beaches or drying moorings and with her shallow draft you can explore creeks and rivers.
The accommodation offers 5 berths in 2 separate cabins, a double berth forward and 3 separate berths in the main saloon. There is a reasonable sized galley with a good sized heads.
The upholstery has been replaced and the head lining renewed in the main saloon and completely removed in the forward cabin.
Her deep cockpit which can seat six helps makes her safe whilst underway. Centaurs are easy to handle under sail or power which makes her a good boat to start with.
Her engine was overhauled 18 months ago.
This boat could do with a bit of a clean as she is in end of season condition but she is offered at an attractive price.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
